Cider Mill Cottage is a charming and snug, self contained cottage set within the idyllic countryside of the Teme Valley.
With room for three people, it is the perfect getaway for those looking for a rural retreat and some time in the great outdoors.
Surrounded by public footpaths, we are the ideal location for keen walkers, and their dogs!
Through the front double doors is our cosy, open plan living space, the centrepiece of which is the original millwheel. The sitting room is furnished comfortably with arm chair and sofa. There is a smart television, DVD player, and a Clearview multi-fuel wood stove for chillier days. But the cottage also has eco electric heating.
There is a vintage dining table so that you can enjoy an AGA cooked meal in comfort.
The kitchen is built around the original mill wheel, and is well equipped with a heat storage AGA, electric ceramic hob, combination microwave oven, fridge, and freezer.
Tea towels and kitchen towels are provided, as well as a welcome basket with goodies to help you settle in on your arrival.
Up a set of spiral stairs is the gallery landing, where on the bookcase you can find books and games for those rainy days.
Cider Mill Cottage has two bedrooms, one double and one single and a family bathroom.
Both beds have luxury feather and down duvets, and bed linen and towels are provided. A charged laundry service is available on request.
If you require hypo-allergenic duvets then please request them at the time of booking.
Set in the grounds of the main house, Cider Mill Cottage is enveloped by beautiful gardens and rolling farmland. There is a lawned garden adjacent to the cottage and a terrace at the rear of the barn with seating and a small barbecue for al-fresco eating.
Between June and September guests are welcome to share the use of the private outdoor swimming pool with the owners at the main house.
